Seafood Casserole
Seafood Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. fillet of sole, 1 lb. scallops, 1 can cream of shrimp soup, 1 pkg. cheddar cheese and 1/2 c. bread crumbs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Cook fish and scallops in boiling water for 5 minutes.
Drain. Place in bowl.
Add sherry; let sit for 15 minutes.
Add scallops, fish and cream of shrimp soup to buttered casserole dish.
Top with cheese and bread crumbs.
Pour melted butter on top.
Bake at 350Β° for 45 minutes.
