Seafood Cakes
Seafood Cakes is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (7 oz.) can tuna, shrimp, crabmeat or salmon, 1/2 c. mayonnaise, 1 c. bread crumbs, 1/4 c. minced green pepper and 1/4 c. minced onion, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Mix seafood, mayonnaise, green pepper, onion, dash of salt, pepper and 1/2 cup bread crumbs together.
Shape into hamburger size patties.
Cover with egg, then coat with flour and then breadcrumbs.
Saute slowly until brown in liquid oil.
