Seafoam Salad
Seafoam Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 jars baby food strained pears, 1 (3 oz.) box lime gelatin, 2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, 2 tbsp. milk and 1/2 c. whipped cream or 8 oz. cool whip, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Heat 1 cup water; pour over gelatin.
Stir to dissolve.
Beat cheese with milk until smooth and blended.
Gradually beat in hot gelatin.
Chill until slightly thickened.
Fold in pears and cream. Chill in a 1 1/2-quart mold.
Unmold on greens.
