Seafoam Salad
Seafoam Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 10 large marshmallows, 1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime jello, 1 1/2 c. hot water, 1 (8 oz.) pkg. philadelphia cream cheese and 1 c. crushed pineapple, drained, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Melt marshmallows and jello in hot water.
Cool slightly.
Add cream cheese and stir until well blended.
A few chunks of cheese and marshmallow will still remain.
Add pineapple juice.
Chill until mixture begins to thicken.
Add crushed pineapple and nuts. Chill until firm.
Serves 10.
