Seafoam Lime Mold is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime jello, 1 c. boiling water, 1/2 c. cold water, 1 tbsp. lemon juice and 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Dissolve lime jello in boiling water.
Add cold water and lemon juice.
Gradually add to cream cheese and blend.
Chill until almost firm.
Fold in marshmallows, pineapple and nuts. Pour into one-quart mold.
Chill until firm.
