Seafoam Frosting
Seafoam Frosting is an easy dinner. Made with 2 c. brown sugar, 6 tbsp. water, 1 tsp. corn syrup and 2 egg whites, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Combine ingredients and put over hot water.
Beat with eggbeater for about 7 minutes while it cooks.
After it is stiff enough to stand in peaks, remove from heat and beat until cool enough to hold hand comfortably on the bottom of the pan.
Enough for two 8-inch layers or a loaf cake.
