Seafoam
Seafoam is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 1/2 c. sugar, 1/2 c. white karo syrup, 1/2 c. water, 1 c. chopped pecans and 1 tbsp. vinegar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Mix sugar, syrup, water and vinegar and cook until it forms a soft ball.
Beat egg whites until stiff.
Pour syrup over egg whites in slow stream, beating constantly.
Add vanilla.
When candy is nearly stiff, add pecans.
Using a spoon, beat until firm enough to spoon out on buttered wax paper.
