Seafest
Seafest is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 - 8 oz. cream cheese, 1 c. sour cream, 1/4 tsp. tabasco sauce, 1 c. salsa and 1 lb. imitation crab chunks, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Beat cream cheese, sour cream and Tabasco until smooth:. Spread thinly on a regular size dinner plate or platter (or two). Spread salsa.
Top with chopped seafood chunks, onions, olives, and cheese.
Cocktail sauce can be substituted for salsa.
Both are well like by guests.
Serve with tortilla chips or crackers.
