Scuppernong Pie
Scuppernong Pie is an easy dinner. Made with 2 eggs, 3 tbsp. flour, 1 pt. canned grapes and sugar (grapes should be slit and seeds removed), 1 1/2 c. sugar and 2 tbsp. butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Beat eggs slightly.
Add sugar, flour and butter to eggs and beat until well mixed.
Stir in grapes and sugar in which they were canned.
Pour into 9-inch pie shell.
Cover with top crust, also.
Bake 10 minutes at 425°.
Reduce heat to 375° and continue baking for 35 minutes.
