Scrumptious Brownies
Scrumptious Brownies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 box (8 sq.) unsweetened chocolate, 1 c. butter or margarine, 5 eggs, 3 c. sugar and 1 tbsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Melt chocolate and butter in saucepan over very low heat, stirring constantly.
(Or heat chocolate and butter at High power in nonmetal bowl in microwave for 2 1/2 minutes, stirring after 1 minute.
Then stir until melted and smooth.)
Cool slightly.
Beat eggs, sugar and vanilla in a large mixing bowl on high speed for 10 minutes.
Blend chocolate mixture on low speed.
Add flour, beating just to blend.
Stir in nuts.
Spread in greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 375Β° for 35 to 40 minutes.
(Do not overbake.)
Cool in pan, then cut into squares.
Makes 32 brownies.
