Scottish Shortbread
Scottish Shortbread is an easy dinner. Made with 1/2 lb. butter (room temperature), 2 1/2 c. (approximately) twice sifted flour and 1/2 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Knead ingredients together, adding flour gradually until dough no longer sticks to bowl or fingers.
Place ball of dough on ungreased cookie sheet with raised sides.
Pat out dough evenly, fork with holes thoroughly and bake at 275Β° for 1 hour or until browning starts.
Remove, cut and sugar immediately.
