Scots Eggs
Scots Eggs is an easy dinner. Made with 8 hard-boiled eggs, flour to dust eggs, 1/2 c. fine bread crumbs, 1 lb. ground pork sausage and 1 egg, slightly beaten, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Peel hard-boiled eggs.
Divide sausage into 8 parts and flatten each into a round.
Lightly coat eggs with flour.
Shape a portion of sausage around each egg to completely enclose.
Roll each in beaten egg and then in bread crumbs, pressing crumbs well into the sausage.
Drop eggs into a muffin tin and bake at 375Β° for 25 to 30 minutes.
Serve with mustard or Worcestershire sauce.
