Scotch Eggs
Scotch Eggs is an easy dinner. Made with 6 boiled eggs, 1 lb. pork sausage, 1 beaten egg and 1 c. bread crumbs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Peel cool eggs.
Wrap each egg with sufficient sausage to make a ball around the egg.
Brush with egg and roll in bread crumbs.
Place in refrigerator to chill. (Will keep overnight.) Place eggs in a heavy skillet with 1-inch of hot grease.
Fry until sausage is done.
Drain and cut eggs in half lengthwise.
Serve immediately.
