Scotch Crispies is an easy dinner. Made with 1 c. peanut butter morsels, 2 tbsp. peanut butter and 2 c. corn flakes, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

In bottom part of double boiler, bring water to boiling point, then turn heat to low.
Melt morsels and peanut butter over hot water.
Stir until smooth.
Stir in cornflakes until well coated. Drop on waxed paper and cool.
