Scotch-A-Roos is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. sugar, 1 c. light karo syrup, 1 c. peanut butter (crunchy or smooth), 6 c. rice krispies and 6 oz. chocolate chips, melted, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Boil sugar and Karo syrup for 1 minute.
Add peanut butter. Add mixture to Rice Krispies and mix well.
Spread in buttered 9 x 13-inch pan.
Cool and top with chocolate chips and butterscotch chips (melted together).
Cut the mixture while warm.
