Schooner Chocolate Chips
Schooner Chocolate Chips is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 c. softened butter, 3/4 c. sugar, 3/4 c. packed light brown sugar, 1 tbsp. vanilla and 1 tbsp. tia maria, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Chop all the nuts and mix together.
Cream butter, sugar, vanilla, Tia Maria and Frangelico until light and fluffy.
Add eggs and beat well.
Combine flour, baking soda and salt. Gradually beat into creamed mixture.
Stir in chocolate chips and nuts.
Drop by teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets.
Bake at 325Β° for approximately 10 to 13 minutes or until golden brown. Cool slightly; remove and serve.
Don't overbake.
Makes 6 1/2 dozen cookies.
