Schoolhouse Peanut Butter Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. brown sugar, 1 c. white sugar, 1/4 c. peanut butter, 2 eggs and 1 1/4 c. plain flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Combine sugars and margarine.
Add peanut butter; mix thoroughly. and mix well.
Combine flour, soda and salt.
Alternately milk, beginning with flour mixture. Add vanilla and mix well.
Drop a heaping teaspoonful for each cookie inches apart on a lightly greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 350Β° for 15 minutes.
Remove from oven and let cool before removing from pan.
Do not put in container hot. Let cool.
Makes 18 to 24 cookies.
