Sift dry ingredients together.
Warm milk to 110°.
Pour milk into the bowl over the dry ingredients.
Add oil.
Mix with mixer for 5 minutes.

Fold and place on a greased cookie sheet.
Spread melted butter on the top.
Let rise for 45 minutes.
Bake at 425° for 12 minutes or until brown.
