Scandinavian Salad
Scandinavian Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (15 oz.) can french-cut green beans, drained and rinsed, 1 (15 oz.) can tiny peas, drained and rinsed, 2 stalks celery, cut into small pieces, 1 onion, chopped and 1 (4 oz.) small can pimiento, chopped into small pieces, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Combine vinegar, sugar, oil and paprika.
Mix until sugar is dissolved.
Combine vegetables.
Pour liquid mixture over vegetables and marinate approximately 24 hours.
(May reserve liquid and use another time.)
Drain and serve salad.
