Scalloped Squash
Scalloped Squash is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. squash, 2 c. grated cheese, 1 stick margarine, 3/4 c. evaporated milk and 3/4 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Slice squash and add enough water to cook, when tender, drain and mash.
While hot, add grated cheese and margarine, mix well. Add evaporated milk, salt, pepper, sugar and eggs.
Add cracker crumbs.
Pour into baking dish and cook 350 for 45 minutes.
