Scalloped Salmon for Two
Scalloped Salmon For Two is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (7 3/4 oz.) can salmon (undrained), 1/4 tsp. chicken flavored bouillon granules, 1/4 c. boiling water, 1/4 c. milk and 1 egg, slightly beaten, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Drain salmon, reserving liquid; remove skin and bones if desired.
Flake salmon with fork.
Dissolve bouillon in boiling water in a bowl.
Add salmon liquid, milk, egg, parsley and onion; mix well.
Add salmon, stuffing mix and cheese, mixing well. Place in 2 greased 10-ounce custard cups or casseroles.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
