Scalloped Potatoes
Scalloped Potatoes is an easy dinner. Made with 8 potatoes, peeled and sliced, 2 (10 oz.) cans potato soup, 1 pt. sour cream, 8 oz. cheddar cheese and 1/2 c. parmesan cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

In a greased casserole, place the sliced potatoes in bottom. In a separate bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well.
Pour the mixture over top of the potatoes.
Cover with lid.
Bake at 375Β° for 1 hour.
Uncover the potatoes and bake for 30 minutes more.
