Scalloped Potatoes is an easy dinner. Made with 3 lb. potatoes, sliced, cooked 10 minutes and drained, 1/4 c. self-rising flour, 1 stick margarine, 3 c. milk (canned milk is best) and salt and pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Melt margarine in a large baking dish.
Mix flour, salt, pepper and milk together.
Put cooked potatoes in margarine and pour milk mixture over potatoes.
Cook for 1 hour at 400Β° or until brown.
