Scalloped Potatoes
Scalloped Potatoes is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 to 4 potatoes, sliced, 1 small onion, sliced, 1 can cheddar cheese soup, 1 can cream of celery soup and 1/2 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Slice potatoes and onion and put in a pot.
Cook, covered, for about 10 minutes.
Turn off heat and let stand in water, covered.
Mix together soups and milk, cook over low heat until melted into a sauce.
Drain potatoes.
Pour mixture over potatoes and turn with wooden spoon.
Pour in baking dish back.
Bake at 350 degrees until bubbly and brown.
Sprinkle with paprika.
