Scalloped Potatoes
Scalloped Potatoes is an easy dinner. Made with 3 tbsp. margarine, 2 heaping tbsp. flour, 1 tsp. salt, 2 c. milk and 3 c. raw potatoes, sliced 1/4 to 1/2-inch, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Melt margarine.
Add flour and salt.
Stir milk in slowly. Cook until thickens.
Now add slices potatoes and bring milk mixture and potatoes back to a boil.
Pour into a buttered dish. Dot with margarine and bake at 350Β° for 1 hour 15 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
