Scalloped Potatoes is an easy dinner. Made with 6 c. potatoes, sliced thin, 2 tbsp. flour, 2 tbsp. margarine, 2 c. milk and onion, green pepper and ham (optional), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Mix milk and flour; add to potatoes in pan on stove top. Using medium heat, bring to bubble.
Add margarine and stir until melted.
Place potatoes and all into greased casserole and put in oven at 350Β°, covered, for 3/4 hour.
Remove cover; test potatoes for doneness and let brown on top.
