Scalloped Pineapple
Scalloped Pineapple is an easy dinner. Made with 4 to 6 slices of bread cubed (semi frozen), 20 oz. can pineapple chunks, drained, 2 sticks margarine, 1 1/2 to 2 c. sugar and 3 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Toss together bread and pineapple.
Melt margarine; add sugar and eggs.
Beat until well blended and pour over bread and pineapple.
The longer this has to soak the better.
Overnight is best.
