Scalloped Pineapple is an easy dinner. Made with 2 cans chunk pineapple, drained, 1 c. sugar, 1/2 c. flour (plain), 1 stick margarine, melted and 35 ritz crackers, crushed, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Combine enough pineapple juice with sugar and flour to make a paste.
Add pineapple chunks.
Put in buttered dish.
Mix margarine and crackers together and put on top of pineapple mixture.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 to 35 minutes or until brown on top. Delicious!!!
