Scalloped Oysters
Scalloped Oysters is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. coarse cracker crumbs, 8 tbsp. melted butter, 1 pt. oysters, cleaned, 1/2 tsp. salt and 1/8 tsp. pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Combine cracker crumbs and butter.
Put thin layer of crumbs in bottom of baking dish.
Alternate layers of oysters and crumbs, sprinkling each layer with seasoning.
(No more than 2 layers of oysters.)
Pour cream of mushroom soup over dish and top with crumbs.
Bake at 450Β° for 30 minutes.
