Preheat oven to 350°.
Combine egg, milk, soup, 2/3 cup cracker crumbs, 1/4 teaspoon salt and dash of pepper.
Stir in corn, onion and pimiento; mix well.
Turn into a 1-quart casserole.
Toss butter with remaining crumbs; sprinkle atop corn mixture.
Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 1 hour or until a knife inserted near center comes out clean.
