Scalloped Corn
Scalloped Corn is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 egg, beaten, 1 c milk, 1 c crushed saltine crackers, 1 17-oz can creamed corn and 1/4 c chopped onion, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Combine egg, milk, 2/3 c cracker crumbs, salt, and pepper. Stir in corn and onion.
Mix well.
Put in 1 qt. casserole dish. Toss melted butter with remaining cracker crumbs.
Sprinkle on top of corn mixture.
Bake at 350 for 65-70 minutes.
