Scalloped Chicken
Scalloped Chicken is an easy dinner. Made with 1 chicken (3 1/2 lb.), 1 c. chicken stock, 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 2 c. fine bread crumbs and butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Cook chicken until tender.
Remove bones. Place a layer of crumbs in an 8 x 8 x 2-inch pan. Add half of the chicken.
Cover with another layer of crumbs; pour chicken stock over this mixture.
Add remainder of chicken.
Pour undiluted mushroom soup over entire mixture.
Top with remaining crumbs and dot with butter.
Bake at 350Β° for 40 minutes.
