Slice potatoes and place in baking dish.
Place soup over top of potatoes.
Dice cheese and butter and place on top; add milk. Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour or until potatoes are tender.
To speed up process, you can boil potatoes for 15 minutes and add ingredients, then microwave for 10 to 15 minutes until tender.
