Scalloped Cauliflower
Scalloped Cauliflower is an moderately easy dinner. Made with one 10 1/2 oz. can of condensed cream of celery soup, 1/2 c. milk, 2 eggs, slightly beaten, 1/2 tsp. fresh ground black pepper and 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Combine soup, milk, and eggs. Stir in half of cheese, bread crumbs, parsley, pimento, onion, salt and pepper.
Then add cauliflower.
Turn into 10 x 6 x 2 inch baking dish.
Bake at 350Β° for 35 minutes.
Top with remaining cheese and bake 5 minutes more.
Serves 6-8.
