Scalloped Carrots
Scalloped Carrots is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 c. sliced carrots, 1 medium onion, chopped, 3 tbsp. butter, 1 can cream of celery soup and 1/3 c. melted butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Cook carrots in boiling salt water.
Drain.
Meanwhile cook onion in 3 tablespoons butter until soft.
Stir in soup, salt, pepper, cheese and carrots.
Put in greased casserole. Toss bread with butter. Spoon over carrots.
Bake at 350Β° until heated, approximately 20 minutes.
Yields 6 servings.
