Scalloped Cabbage
Scalloped Cabbage is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 medium head cabbage, chopped, salt and pepper to taste, grated cheddar cheese (about 3/4 c.), 1/2 pkg. pepperidge farm cornbread stuffing and 1 can cream of celery soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Boil cabbage about 15 minutes.
Drain.
Alternate layers of cabbage, salt and pepper, grated cheese and stuffing.
Blend soup and milk; pour over casserole.
Dot top with butter.
Bake 35 minutes at 350Β° with lid on.
Remove lid and bake 5 minutes, uncovered.
