Scalloped Broccoli
Scalloped Broccoli is an easy dinner. Made with 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli spears, 1 can cream of vegetable, chicken, celery or mushroom soup, 1/2 c. milk, 1/2 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese and 1/4 c. buttered bread crumbs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Broccoli according package directions (one bunch fresh broccoli, about 1 1/2 pounds cooked and drained, may be substituted frozen).
Place broccoli in 10 x 6 x 2-inch shallow baking dish.
Blend soup, milk and cheese; pour over broccoli.
Top with crumbs.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes, or until hot and bubbling.
