Scalloped Asparagus
Scalloped Asparagus is an easy dinner. Made with 2 small cans, cut up, green asparagus, 2 c. medium thick white sauce, 3/4 lb. grated cheese (sharp) and toasted bread crumbs or pepperidge farm stuffing crumbs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Drain and place 1 can of asparagus on bottom of baking dish for first layer.
Cover with white sauce, then cheese.
Repeat for second layer.
Cover with bread crumbs and bake at 350Β° until hot all through.
