Scallop Chicken
Scallop Chicken is an easy dinner. Made with 1 large fryer, 1 regular size bag herb stuffing, 1 c. onion, chopped and 1 c. celery, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Boil chicken until tender. Remove skin and bones.
Set aside. Mix onion, celery and stuffing with this.
Make layer in a baking pan, then a layer of chicken meat.
Alternate layers until all meat and stuffing are used.
Bring broth to a boil.
Using at least 1 quart, pour over mixture. Bake 45 minutes in a 375Β° oven.
