Sawdust Pie
Sawdust Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 7 egg whites, unbeaten, 1 1/2 c. sugar, 1 1/2 c. graham crackers, 1 1/2 c. pecans, chopped and 1 1/2 c. coconut, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Mix egg whites, sugar, crumbs, pecans and coconut.
Stir by hand.
Pour into unbaked pie crust.
Bake in a preheated 325Β° oven until glossy and set, about 25 to 30 minutes.
Do not overbake. Serve warm with whipped cream.
