Savory Vegetable Platter
Savory Vegetable Platter is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. beef bouillon, 1/2 tsp. savory, 1/2 tsp. tarragon, 4 to 5 carrots, cut in 2-inch chunks and 1 head cauliflower, trimmed, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Heat bouillon, savory and tarragon to a boil.
Add cauliflower; cover and simmer 10 minutes.
Add remaining vegetables.
Cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
Make a sauce of butter, seed and juice. Serve vegetables in clusters on a large platter.
Drizzle sauce over all.
