Savory Tuna Loaf is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 eggs, 1/2 c. milk, 2 c. soft bread crumbs, 1/4 c. minced onion and 1 tbsp. parsley flakes, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Combine eggs, milk, bread crumbs and seasonings in mixing bowl; blend together.
Add tuna; mix thoroughly.
Turn into foil-lined loaf pan (8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 2 3/4-inch).
Bake in 375Β° oven for 1 hour.
Turn loaf onto platter; remove foil.
(Turn right side up onto another platter.)
Garnish with lemon slices.
