Heat oven to 350Β°, then grease a 2-quart casserole dish.
In large bowl, combine milk and egg yolks.
Blend well.
Lightly spoon flour into measuring cup; level off.
Add flour, corn meal, baking powder and pepper to milk and egg yolk.
Beat until smooth. Stir in green peppers, corn and crumbled bacon.
