Sauteed Vegetables
Sauteed Vegetables is an easy dinner. Made with 2 large green peppers, seeded and thinly sliced, 2 large onions, sliced, 1/2 tsp. salt, 1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, washed and sliced and 1/4 c. butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Melt butter in a large skillet.
Saute peppers and onions until crisp and tender.
Add mushrooms and saute for 3 to 4 minutes.
Season with salt.
Good served with steak or roast beef. Serves 4 to 6.
