Sauteed Squash is an easy dinner. Made with 4 medium-size yellow squash, 4 medium zucchini, 1 tbsp. olive oil and 1 tsp. fresh basil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Cut the squash lengthwise, then crosswise into bite-size pieces.
Heat oil to medium in nonstick pan.
Quickly saute squash about 1 minute with basil.
