Sausage Wedges
Sausage Wedges is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (12 oz.) pkg. pork sausage, 1 (9-inch) unbaked pastry pie shell, 2 c. shredded cheddar cheese, 3 eggs and 1 c. chichi salsa, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Heat oven to 375Β°.
Crumble and brown sausage.
Drain and sprinkle sausage over bottom of pie shell.
Sprinkle sausage with cheese.
In small bowl, beat eggs.
Blend in salsa.
Pour egg mixture over cheese and sausage.
Bake 25 to 35 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
Serve with sour cream and additional salsa.
Makes 12 appetizer servings.
