Sausage Toast Hors D'Oeuvre is an easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. sausage, 1 loaf party (cocktail) rye bread, 1/4 lb. velveeta cheese and small onion, minced, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Brown sausage and onion.
Cut Velveeta into small pieces and add to warm sausage to allow to melt.
(Microwave if needed.)
Put mixture on bread.
Warm in oven at 350Β° for 10 to 15 minutes, until cheese melts.
Serve hot.
