Sausage Stuffing
Sausage Stuffing is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb bulk pork sausage, browned and crumbled, 3/4 c finely chopped onion, 1 1/2 c chopped celery, 1 c margarine (substitute sausage drippings for part) and 8 c soft bread crumbs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Cook and stir onion and celery in margarine in 10 inch skillet until onion is tender.
Stir in about 1/3 of the bread cubes.
Turn into deep bowl.
Add remaining ingredients, toss.
Stuff turkey just before roasting.
