Sausage Stuffed Mushrooms
Sausage Stuffed Mushrooms is an easy dinner. Made with 1/2 lb. ground pork sausage, 8 oz. package cream cheese, softened and 8 oz. package fresh mushrooms, stems removed, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
Preheat the broiler.
Place sausage in a large, deep skillet. Cook over medium high heat until evenly browned.
Drain and transfer to a medium bowl.
