Sausage Stuffed Mushrooms
Sausage Stuffed Mushrooms is an easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. fresh mushrooms, 1 lb. pork sausage, 1 tsp. minced garlic, 2 tbsp. chopped parsley and 1 1/2 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Rinse mushrooms, pat dry and remove stems and chop stems. Combine chopped stems with next 3 ingredients.
Cook sausage until crumbly.
Drain off fat, stir in cheese and mix well.
Spoon into caps and bake at 350Β° for 20 minutes.
Yields 2 dozen, approximately.
